Overview

We're looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Marketing Manager - International Programs to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives across Latin America and other global markets. This role is key to aligning regional programs with global strategies while ensuring campaigns effectively support sales growth, dealer engagement and brand consistency worldwide.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position partners closely with sales leadership, regional teams, and global stakeholders to develop integrated marketing programs that align with the company's broader growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Branch and Dealer teams, product management, and agencies to deliver impactful retail marketing programs.
  • Coordinate the development of digital, web, and social media content to support lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Manage marketing communications projects for Latin America, ensuring timelines and processes are followed.
  • Support development and ongoing improvement of Branch and Dealer websites.
  • Create internal communications plans to build awareness and support for marketing initiatives.

Performance Measurement

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure marketing efforts enhance the company's visibility, positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor program performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Global Collaboration

  • Represent Latin America within the Global Marketing Organization.
  • Align regional programs with global strategies and best practices.
  • Promote consistency in processes and effective use of marketing technology.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in project workflows and approvals.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or Communications) along with at least 5 years of relevant experience
    • Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • Frequent travel (6-20%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is a plus.
  • International experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success.  Excellent written and verbal communications, in both English and Spanish. 
  • Excellent grammar, strong organizational skills, and keen attention to detail. 
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team.  Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames and meet deadlines. 
  • Exceptional skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Experience developing and managing budgets.

This position is based out of the New Bremen, OH location.
