Our client is an international law firm. They seek a Legal Assistant to join their Washington, DC office. Responsibilities Review attorney time entries to ensure compliance with billing standards and outside counsel guidelines Prepare client invoices by editing, posting, and managing billing inventory in collaboration with assigned attorneys Coordinate expense reimbursements, calendaring, travel arrangements, and document management based on attorney preferences Maintain the confidentiality of client, financial, and proprietary information in accordance with firm policies Collaborate with global teams through a centralized workflow and ticketing system to ensure timely service delivery Safeguard sensitive legal, financial, and confidential records while supporting daily administrative and billing operations Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving technology platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
