  • Preference for candidates with robust transactions experience at a sophisticated national, regional, or boutique law firm.
Minimum Experience
  • 3-6 years of experience as a practicing attorney preferred, with a minimum of 2-3 years of substantive technology transactions and intellectual property experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Experience with Technology and IP Law: Proven experience in technology transactions and intellectual property law, and a working knowledge of - and continued interest in learning - the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence.
  • Contract Management: Skilled in structuring, drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, including technology licensing and intellectual property-related contracts.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where processes are still being established; experience creating templates and enabling self-service legal tools.
  • Communication of Legal Risks: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand and analyze complex legal concepts and contracts and to accurately identify, assess and explain legal risks clearly and concisely.
