How You'll Contribute:
Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Manager level professional with International Tax experience to join our dynamic team in Miami. With clients in more than four dozen countries, our expertise in international tax issues is unmatched. We help clients minimize tax, whether they're U.S. citizens with interests overseas, non-resident aliens with business operations in the United States, or high net-worth non-residents with investments in U.S. real estate.
  • Conduct primary and secondary review of complicated or complex international tax returns
  • Facilitate planning, execution, direction, and completion of international tax projects in a wide variety of industries
  • Consult with clients on tax-efficient structuring of international transactions, effective use of tax treaties, planning related to offshore investments activities, and repatriation programs to minimize US and foreign income taxes
  • Provide technical expertise and knowledge of processes to expand the line of business and develop professional staff

Requirements
What Skills You'll Bring:
  • BS Accounting, MS Taxation
  • CPA
  • At least seven years of international tax experience in public accounting
  • Strong knowledge of foreign tax provisions
  • Compliance knowledge of 5471s, 5472s, FBAR filing, and FATCA
  • Team player and a commitment to high-quality, detailed work
  • Self-starter with the ability to deal with multiple priorities
  • Ability to deal with clients and a good "executive presence"
  • Strong computer skills, and experience in a paperless environment
  • Proven engagement and staff management skills
