Position Summary: The Account Managers will take responsibility for the development and implementation of promotion schedules designed to encourage retention and activity. You'll work closely together with the Sales and E-Gaming Management team to manage relationships with organization leaders within your assigned market.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with organization leadership, E-Gaming leadership, and other managers to understand promotion and organizational goals
  • Take part in the development of promotional and marketing strategies
  • You will be the main point of contact between the organization and Arrow International
  • Develop promotions including deals to encourage target market engagement
  • Organize and strategize to ensure promotions are deployed effectively
  • Work within budgetary constraints to ensure an efficient and effective promotional offering
  • Ensure compliance with any legal restraints related to promotion
  • Ensure organization satisfaction through understanding and communicating issues effectively and resolving them promptly
  • Support new deployments as a point of contact alongside the sales team
  • Assist in development and implementation of process improvement plans
  • Identify risks and opportunities of additional deployments
  • Effectively manage timelines and schedules across multiple organizations

Requirements Experience and Education:

  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Understanding of gaming industry, knowledge around gaming KPIs & targets a plus
  • Strong business acumen, specifically in written communication & explanation of important details to internal & external audiences
  • Good organizational skills, strong eye for detail
  • Ambitious and eager to learn with a focus on and interest in marketing, content, CRM operations and communication
  • Outstanding collaborator and enjoy juggling multiple priorities
  • Eager to drive continuous improvement, flexible to challenge issues/opportunities
  • Can-do attitude, enthusiasm, energy, and inner motivation to take actions to achieve goals beyond what is required
