Job Purpose
As a Precision Farming Optimization Specialist, you will drive the adoption and successful utilization of CNH precision technology and digital solutions across your assigned territory. This role partners closely with CNH field teams, and dealer network to improve technology adoption, advance CNH's precision and digital strategy, and support dealer readiness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for CNH precision technology and digital solutions for CNH field teams.
  • Support and accelerate technology adoption through training, coaching, business planning, field events, and select dealer- and customer-facing activities.
  • Partner with Territory Sales Managers, Product Specialists, Delta Team members, and dealership leadership to advance precision technology adoption and growth.
  • Provide oversight of dealer progress toward CNH Precision Certification achievement and maintenance, including support for certification reviews, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Promote adoption and utilization of CNH digital platforms, connectivity solutions, and data-driven workflows.
  • Identify and communicate market trends, competitive activity, and dealer opportunities related to precision technology and digital solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of CNH precision technology, connectivity, automation, and digital solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other business tools to document activities, support dealer opportunities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Support regional and national training events, dealer meetings, field demonstrations, and other strategic activities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of regional plans that support technology adoption, dealer capability development, and CNH business objectives.

Experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of precision agricultural product experience with direct customer agriculture equipment sales support.
  • Travel for this role is expected and will vary seasonally, up to 50% of the time, to support internal teams, dealers, and customers within the designated sales region.

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
