What Drives Success
The Manager, Master Data Management - Parts & Supplies is a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for the accuracy, governance, and scalability of parts and supplies master data across Lennox systems. This role leads the Catalog Maintenance team, overseeing SKU setup, ongoing catalog maintenance, and the warranty master database that governs part warranties and replacement relationships. This manager will serve as a key cross-functional partner to Lennox IT Center (LITC), Supply Chain, Transportation, Category Management, and Sales, leading data cleansing initiatives in SAP, establishing sustainable data governance models, and ensuring critical data elements are accurate, complete, and consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Catalog Maintenance team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on data quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish clear roles, workflows, and performance expectations for SKU setup, catalog maintenance, and warranty data management.
  • Build scalable processes capable of supporting growth, new product introductions, and system enhancements.

Catalog & SKU Management
  • Own end-to-end SKU setup and maintenance for Parts & Supplies, ensuring timely, accurate creation and updates of material master data in SAP.
  • Ensure data integrity across core attributes including descriptions, UOMs, hierarchies, packaging, and logistics-critical fields.

Data Governance & SAP Data Quality
  • Serve as the business owner for parts and supplies master data governance, partnering closely with LITC on data cleansing initiatives, system enhancements, and workflow improvements.
  • Define and implement governance standards, validation rules, approval workflows, and ownership models to keep data clean post-cleansing.
  • Serve as the business owner for Parts & Supplies Product Information Management (PIM) capabilities, ensuring product content is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained across downstream channels.
  • Lead cross-functional root-cause analysis to prevent recurring data quality issues.

Transportation & Logistics Data Enablement
  • Partner with the Parts Transportation and Supply Chain teams to identify, validate, and maintain accurate weights and dimensions for parts and supplies.
  • Ensure logistics data supports freight optimization, carrier compliance, cost accuracy, and DC operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data completeness for transportation-critical attributes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement
  • Act as a central point of coordination between IT, Supply Chain, Category Management, Sales, and Operations on master data initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into clear data requirements and prioritized workstreams.

What We Are Looking For
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in data management, catalog management, or related roles.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, preferably managing data-centric or operational teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP material master data, data governance, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Experience supporting logistics, warranty, or parts and supplies businesses strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, fast-paced environment and drive alignment across functions.

What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $120,000 - $157,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus of 10% in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.
Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
