Job description

Location: Los Angeles, CA 
Salary: $150k-$175k 
Benefits: Health Insurance, PTO 
Relocation: Yes but prefer local 
 
International, Chef-Led Hospitality Group is looking for an Executive Chef of Restaurants to join their team. 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior culinary leader in high-end or fine dining environments
  • Background in award-winning, critically recognized restaurants or luxury hospitality settings
  • Experience leading operations across multiple venues or concepts
  • Demonstrated success opening new restaurants or launching new concepts
  • Strong foundation in systems-driven organizations, including SOP development, team structure, and operational consistency
  • Experience managing and mentoring senior kitchen leadership
  • Ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing culinary teams
  • Live fire cooking experience is a plus 
Responsibilities: 
 
  • Lead culinary direction across multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation
  • Oversee menu development and provide hands-on support in key locations
  • Develop and launch new concepts, including kitchen design collaboration and operational setup
  • Hire, mentor, and lead senior kitchen teams, building strong and scalable structures
  • Implement systems and standards to support multi-unit growth and performance
  • Support new openings, partnerships, and concept expansion (domestic and international)
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy and business growth
  • Travel as needed to support openings and team development
