We are seeking a passionate and talented Biology Teacher to join our exceptional Science Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Head of Science to teach the Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Biology programmes, as well as contribute to the teaching of the IB Middle Years Programme Science curriculum. A strong commitment to collaboration and being part of a team is essential for those interested in applying to be part of our school community.

The British International School of New York (BIS-NY) is an international private school, powered by Affinitas Education located in Waterside Plaza, Manhattan, New York. BIS-NY offers The International Baccalaureate (IB) PYP, MYP and Cambridge International IGCSE and A Level courses.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Biology or related field 
  • Minimum 3 years experience teaching High School Biology
