Job Summary:
Perennial Resources International is seeking a Program Lead (Solution Architect) to design solution architectures for complex digital authentication initiatives. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensuring adherence to performance and security standards across internal platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Design solution architectures for complex digital authentication and login initiatives across internal platforms.
• Experience designing architecture solutions for cross-functional groups
• Translate business capabilities and requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Define architecture patterns using modern principles including API-first design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Establish integration standards across internal systems, third-party platforms, and enterprise services.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, resiliency, scalability, and security standards, particularly in high-volume, mission-critical environments.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory expectations.
• Provide architectural oversight throughout delivery to ensure adherence to approved designs and technical standards.
• Support modernization initiatives, including migration toward cloud-native and hybrid cloud platforms (Azure/OpenShift).
• Influence decision-making across multiple stakeholders and guide engineering teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
• Manage multiple priorities and aggressive timelines while maintaining architectural integrity and long-term sustainability.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in solution design, and application architecture.
• Proven experience designing and delivering client-facing digital platforms in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
• Experience implementing architecture patterns including OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, SAML, encryption, and secure integration practices.
• Familiarity with digital security components: MFA, Passkey, Biovector and Biometric solutions.
• Practical experience working within cloud or hybrid cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership capability in influencing cross-functional teams and driving architectural decisions.
Preferred:
• Experience modernizing legacy systems within large financial institutions.
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture governance processes
