Annapolis Internal Medicine is a long-established, physician-owned adult primary care practice in Annapolis, Maryland, seeking a physician to join our group in the fall season of 2027 . PGY-3 residents are encouraged to apply!
Practice Overview
• 50+ years physician-owned and operated
• 8 physician partners, 13 APPs
• Integrated care model with care management, behavioral health, and nutrition
• Same-day clinic separates urgent care from primary care schedules
Position Highlights
• 4-day clinical workweek
• Adult patients only
• No hospital rounding or admissions
• Minimal shared call
• 1 Saturday morning/month during year one (panel building)
Support Structure
• Dedicated 1:1 medical assistant
• APP support for clinical care
• Care management team handles complex coordination
• Pre-visit planning and streamlined workflows
• AI-assisted documentation and inbox support (physician-reviewed)
Compensation & Benefits
• $250,000 base salary plus productivity bonus. Earning potential $300,000 or more.
• Relocation assistance dependent on location
• 401(k) with 3% safe harbor contribution. Does not require a matching contribution.
Eligible 1st of the month following 90 days - 100% vested.
• CME allowance and 5 days paid time off for in-person attendance
