This role offers a broad exposure to corporate treasury processes, financial operations, and risk management while developing key analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. While more technical treasury projects-such as Power BI reporting, Microsoft Power Automate, and coding-related tasks-are primarily handled by part-time interns, this role will focus on financial analysis, reporting, and cross-functional treasury initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in cash flow analysis and forecasting, tracking liquidity across Inspire Brands' operations.
  • Support bank account management, maintaining accurate records and assisting with documentation.

  • Assist in monitoring debt and capital market activities, preparing financial reports and key performance metrics.
  • Contribute to fraud prevention and loss mitigation strategies, analyzing transaction data for potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional treasury teams to optimize financial processes and reporting accuracy.
  • Assist with compliance efforts by supporting audits, internal controls, and treasury policy reviews.
  • Work on process improvement initiatives, identifying efficiencies in cash management and payments workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of financial principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with Power BI or automation tools is a plus but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across multiple treasury teams.
  • Prior internship or coursework in corporate finance, treasury, or financial analysis is preferred.
