  • Investigate inventory adjustments and shrinkage using Apprise transaction history to trace issues back to the originating process step
  • Partner with receiving, putaway, and RFโ€‘driven picking teams to close the loop on recurring discrepancies identified in Apprise
  • Own inventory accuracy KPIs (accuracy %, adjustment dollars, cycle count completion) and report trends to leadership using Apprise data extracts
  • Configure and maintain Apprise location/bin logic, lot control, and cycle count parameters to support lean/5S warehouse standards
  • Perform SKUโ€‘level analysis in Apprise to flag slowโ€‘moving, obsolete, or atโ€‘risk inventory ahead of S&OP cycles

  • Crossโ€‘functional collaboration with receiving, putaway, and picking teams

  • Demonstrated rootโ€‘cause problemโ€‘solving (5โ€‘Why, fishbone, or similar) applied to real inventory discrepancies
  • Comfort working in an RFโ€‘scanning warehouse environment
