Job Description: 
  • Support the development and implementation of internal communication programs and campaigns that drive understanding and alignment.
  • Working with site leadership, you will support the development of our client sites’ internal communications strategy and contribute to the employee experience.
  • You will help convey Client’s story to employees and support the recognition of site-level contributions towards company milestones and priorities.
Key areas of responsibility:
  • Assist in developing and executing communication plans at the site level that align with company strategy.
  • Help ensure site employees are well informed through various communication channels, maintaining consistency and clarity across the sites and in alignment with corporate standards.
  • Manage both site-specific and all US sites editorial calendars.
  • Be an onsite internal communications champion, providing expertise and support at employee engagement events (photography, videography, follow-up).
  • In partnership with the US site lead, empower site influencers, subject matter experts, employee clubs, and other stakeholders with tools and processes to ensure their communication efforts are implemented with quality and aligned with other messages.
  • Connect with team leads, project managers, and stakeholders to listen and collect feedback and information.
  • Identify obstacles and risks that jeopardize change initiatives and adoption, and assist in devising solutions to mitigate/resolve.

  • Takes a big-picture perspective with the ability to link activities and communications that support a cohesive employee experience.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as diplomacy and high emotional intelligence.
Your experience includes:
  • Some experience in communications (preferably in internal communications).
  • Strong interest in emerging trends and tools, with a growth mindset approach to learning and exploring new methodologies and innovations, like GenAI.
  • Supporting company leaders in communicating and engaging with employees.
  • Managing confidential or sensitive information.
  • Process development and project management.
  • Experience in a multinational corporate environment (preferably in technology).
  • Using content management systems, email template builders, and a range of digital tools.
  • Basic ability to report on metrics and results.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
