The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Internal Communications with a strong editorial focus to support our Acceleration and Growth Team. This team includes sales, customer success, and sales enablement and is responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships as well as driving profitable growth for the company. This is a key role dedicated to crafting clear, compelling communications that engage employees and align with the strategic vision of our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and AGT leadership team. Leading AGT-specific internal communications, this individual will be a creative thinker, an organized project manager, and excels in writing, editing, and managing content across all internal platforms.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication strategies: Create and execute internal communication plans tailored to the AGT organization, ensuring alignment with broader company goals, culture, and the CRO's vision.
  • Content management: Write, edit, and distribute high-quality content, including emails, newsletters, success stories, sales updates, leadership messages, presentations, and talking points for the CRO.
  • Executive communications: Partner closely with the CRO and team to develop strategic communication materials, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging that inspires and engages the AGT team.
  • Quickly learn and embrace the CRO's voice: Adapt to and effectively reflect the unique tone, style, and strategic priorities of the CRO in all communication deliverables.
  • Employee engagement: Drive initiatives to foster a collaborative and motivated AGT workforce, using communication as a tool to highlight achievements, share updates, and reinforce organizational priorities.
  • Feedback mechanisms: Establish and maintain effective channels for gathering employee feedback within AGT, using insights to enhance communication strategies and engagement efforts.
  • Event management: Develop communication content to support AGT events, including annual sales kickoffs, sales all-hands meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Brand consistency: Ensure all AGT communications align with the company's brand, values, and messaging standards.
  • Measurement and reporting: Track and report the effectiveness of AGT communications using data and analytics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 8‑10 years of experience in internal communications, or a similar role, ideally focused on sales or customer success teams.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with a proven ability to create impactful communications.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and managing executive‑level communications.
  • Experience leading sales communications.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across teams and organizational levels.
  • Creative thinker with a solutions‑oriented mindset and a passion for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$136,121 – $181,494 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$142,603 – $190,137 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
