Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Candidates must have six years or more of current/recent experience as an audit and assurance accountant at a certified public accounting
  • Must be a licensed CPA
  • Possess technical knowledge in GAAP, GAAS and OCBOA sufficient to supervise staff accountants, and evaluate their progress when appropriate
  • Experience with managing and mentoring up and coming team members

Requirements of the Job:

  • Manages multiple engagements at one time in their entirety; establish engagement objectives and scope of engagement, manage budgets and schedules
  • Fully responsible for the client deliverable
  • Develop and maintain client relations
  • Pursue new business development
