Job description

As E-commerce Account Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of our U.S. E-commerce business, encompassing Amazon, Walmart, and other retail platforms. You will achieve commercial goals by ensuring content optimization, excellent campaign execution, and sales-driving activities that are fully aligned with our brand strategy and customer needs. Reporting to the Head of Sales Natural Foods, you are a key member of the U.S. Sales Team, collaborating closely with marketing, category, and global eCommerce colleagues to accelerate our digital growth. Taking full ownership of Paid Search, DSP, Digital Shelf management, pricing, and portal operations, the Account Manager will ensure strategies are tailored to each platform, executed with precision, and aligned with Lotus’s overall business objectives. This role combines strategic and operational responsibilities to optimize the company’s digital presence, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth. You will own platform health, oversee retail media planning, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue, expand distribution, and increase market share.

  • Lead daily e-commerce operations across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, Thrive, Safeway, and Kroger platforms.
  • Conduct content and PDP audits, and manage Brand Store updates.
  • Maintain scorecards, and pacing tools (including MTD pacing, weekly order review, forecast, and finance check-ins).
  • Collaborate on promotional planning and ensure strong execution
  • Support trade spend tracking, true-ups, and TPM checkbook analysis.
  • Own account forecasting and operational troubleshooting in close partnership with the supply chain team

Commercial Planning & Financial Management:
  • Collaborate on promotional planning and ensure strong execution
  • Support trade spend tracking, true-ups, and TPM checkbook analysis.
  • Own account forecasting and operational troubleshooting in close partnership with the supply chain team
Paid Media & Advertising:
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies (e.g., Tinuiti, Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Costco, Target) to plan, launch, and optimize paid search, DSP, and retail media campaigns.
  • Manage media planning and strategy (annual/monthly plans, ROAS targets, budget splits, ecommerce scorecard).
  • Execute campaign setup and launch across platforms.
  • Perform optimization and bid management (keyword targeting, budget reallocation, ACoS goals).
  • Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud for insights and advanced targeting (audience testing).
  • Conduct search terms analysis for trends and insights applicable to paid search strategy.
  • Review Amazon AMS spend pacing and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Perform paid search campaign optimization for Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Costco, Thrive, and Target.
  • Review DSP ads and conduct pulse checks.
Reporting, Insights & Communication:
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and global business recaps.
  • Provide detailed performance insights, visualizations, and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking (SOV, media trends, category performance).
  • Communicate campaign impact and partner with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Refresh monthly Amazon Ads and Walmart Ads performance recaps for global connects.
Strategy & Innovation:
  • Pilot new retail media formats and explore beta features.
  • Develop audience strategies using 1P/retailer data.
  • Support A/B testing (creative tests, placements tests, dayparting).
  • Analyze search term reports, category trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform content, pricing, and media strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Relationships:
  • Coordinate with brand (global/local), insights, and category teams for media plan alignment.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and creative to request content updates for key seasons, new item launches, and ad hoc as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with platform partners ensuring deliverables and opportunities are leveraged.
Profile
  • Proven experience (4-6 years) in e-commerce account management, with a track record of managing multiple accounts and platforms ideally within CPG
  • Expertise in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Costco, with advanced knowledge of Paid Search, DSP, Digital Shelf management, penalties, and pricing.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-platform advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to optimize product listings and manage compliance responsibilities on Amazon.
