In this role, you'll inspect residential properties, identify material defects and safety concerns, and deliver clear, professional reports that clients can rely on when making major decisions.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform residential home inspections in accordance with industry standards
  • Identify and document defects, safety issues, and maintenance concerns
  • Take photos and notes in the field and compile detailed inspection reports
  • Communicate findings clearly and professionally with clients

Responsibilities
โ€ข Complete building inspections prior to sale to ensure the home meets current standards for electrical systems, roofing, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, security systems, structural components, and building codes updates
โ€ข Make detailed notes for each home system so that the buyer and seller are both aware of every potential problem on the property
โ€ข Write a detailed report following each inspection that includes photos and specific descriptions of any damages observed
โ€ข Keep clients updated and promptly respond to requests so customers feel informed
Qualifications
โ€ข InterNachi Certified with current certification.
โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent required
โ€ข Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car
โ€ข Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills
โ€ข Well-acquainted with basic computer programs and email applications
โ€ข Must have solid customer service skills and communication abilities, verbally and in written form
