Working under the guidance of senior engineers, the role helps build, test, and improve AI-powered features and services while learning how AI capabilities are delivered at scale in production environments.

Job Description

  • Contributing to the development of AI-enabled product features and workflows.
  • Building and maintaining software components that integrate AI capabilities into applications.
  • Assisting in the implementation of LLM-, agent-, or machine learning-based solutions under guidance from senior engineers.
  • Participating in testing, evaluation, and monitoring of AI-powered features.
  • Working with product and engineering teams to implement requirements and deliver functionality.
  • Troubleshooting defects and performance issues in AI-enabled applications.
  • Learning and applying engineering best practices for production-quality software development.
  • Contributing to technical discussions and team design reviews.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of AI capabilities across products.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of software engineering experience or equivalent internship/co-op experience.

Virginia Pay Range: $101,875.02 - $152,812.53Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
