Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees with computer, printer, or mobile device issues
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Support hardware deployment, software installations, and routine maintenance tasks
- Help track and document IT inventory, including Tablets, laptops, and other equipment
- Troubleshoot connectivity and system access issues across multiple locations
- Assist with internal system support, including a custom-built ERP platform
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year IT-related degree program (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems)
- Ideally a junior or a student with at least one year of school remaining
- Strong interest in hands-on technical support and learning in a professional IT environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team
- Previous IT support experience is a plus but not required
