Job Title: Marketing Intern – Summer 2026

Reports to: Sr. Manager of Marketing

Employment: Contract, Temporary

Company Summary:

StationMD is a specialized medical service designed to address the unique healthcare needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), delivered through telemedicine. Our clinicians are board-certified professionals and specially trained to provide exceptional I/DD community care.

Clinicians are available 24/7 via telemedicine for urgent and non-urgent medical matters. StationMD also offers scheduled psychiatry and on-call nursing via telemedicine to individuals with I/DD. In providing this suite of services, we strive to enhance the quality of life for individuals with I/DD and support their families and caregivers by delivering easy and dependable access to healthcare at any time.


Position Summary:

This position offers hands-on experience in healthcare technology marketing, providing valuable exposure to digital marketing, content creation, and brand management in a dynamic, mission driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in developing engaging content for website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
  • Help manage and monitor website analytics, email campaigns, and social media platforms to track engagement metrics and suggest improvements
  • Conduct industry research to support marketing strategies
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with StationMD brand guidelines
  • Help track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Provide general and administrative support to the marketing team as needed


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Must have access to the internet
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X [Twitter])
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics is a plus)
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in healthcare industry is a plus
  • Desired characteristics: energetic and outcome driven
