Nature of Work:
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the ticket sales, service and marketing teams within the sports and entertainment organization. The role is primarily focused on operations support for the sales and service teams but will also work with marketing for the four professional Denver teams.
Examples of work performed:
  • Oversee the administration, optimization, and day-to-day functionality of CRM and sales enablement platforms used by ticket sales and service teams
  • Successfully execute sales/service lead management processes, including a standard process structure that accounts for variability between the different properties (e.g. Nuggets vs. Avalanche)
  • Work with Fan Engagement and Data Science teams to ensure data flows between operations tech platforms is efficient and easily maintained
  • Monitor adoption and utilization of sales technology platforms and recommend improvements when needed.
  • Customize/configure platforms, specifically Salesforce CRM, to ensure 100% user adoption and role-specific attribute management

Qualifications
  • Applicants must be pursing an undergraduate degree in sports management, marketing, business analytics, CRM or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with CRM and other sales enablement software preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Competencies/Knowledge, Skills amp; Abilities:
  • Experience with sports sales technology platforms such as Fevo, Spinzo, LAVA, Outreach, or similar tools
  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Moderate proficiency in SQL
  • Understanding of sports ticket sales methodology and cycles
