Job Summary:
SIRITECH SOLUTIONS CORP is seeking a Systems Architect Salesforce Consultant to define the architecture of computerized systems and guide large teams. The role involves client interaction for requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration and development, project management, and continuous learning in Salesforce technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Client Interaction & Requirements Gathering:
• Meetings with clients: Participating in discovery sessions, status updates, workshops, and Q&A sessions.
• Gathering business requirements: Eliciting needs from stakeholders through interviews, surveys, and observation.
• Documenting requirements: Creating user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Presenting solutions: Explaining proposed Salesforce configurations or customizations to clients.
• Providing updates: Communicating progress, challenges, and next steps to clients and project managers.
• Salesforce Configuration & Development
• Configuring Salesforce: Setting up objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automation (Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow).
• Customizing Salesforce: Developing custom components, Apex code, Visualforce pages, or Lightning Web Components.
• Data management: Importing, exporting, cleansing, and migrating data.
• Building reports and dashboards: Creating and refining reports to meet client reporting needs.
• Testing configurations and code: Performing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshooting issues: Investigating and resolving bugs or user-reported problems.
• Project Management & Collaboration
• Updating project management tools: Tracking tasks, progress, and time spent on activities.
• Collaborating with team members: Working with other consultants, developers, administrators, and project managers.
• Participating in team meetings: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Reviewing work: Providing feedback on configurations or code developed by other team members.
• Managing scope: Ensuring project work stays within agreed scope.
• Learning & Development
• Staying updated on Salesforce releases: Researching new features and functionalities.
• Learning new Salesforce products or technologies: Continuously expanding knowledge base.
• Pursuing certifications: Studying for and taking Salesforce certification exams.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Defines the architecture of a computerized system (software and hardware) to fulfill requirements, including system breakdown into components, component interactions and interfaces (including user interface), and technologies/resources used in design.
• 84+ months of experience; candidate must provide guidance to large teams and/or have extensive industry experience and be considered at the top of their field.
• 84 Months of Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration and administration
• 60 Months of Experience in design, build, and deploy custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflow rules
• 60 Months of Experience Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow
• 60 Months of Experience in managing user profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings to ensure data security and access control
• 60 Months of Experience in creating and optimizing reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights
• 60 Months of Experience in the Salesforce AppExchange and the ability to recommend and integrate third-party solutions
• 60 Months of Experience in Salesforce data management best practices, including data loading, cleansing, and de-duplication
• 60 Months of Experience in Salesforce release cycles and the ability to adapt solutions to new features and functionalities
• 60 Months of Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom development
• 60 Months of Experience in SOQL and SOSL for data querying
