Plan and direct a team of engineers & drafters. Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of structural designs. If licensed, the project manager will be in responsible charge of the specific project. A project manager will oversee production & help produce structural documents to ensure completion as efficiently & effectively as possible. Daily tasks of a project manager will include but not limited to managing established project budgets, assist with developing project budgets, manage team & product to meet client needs & schedule, coordinate with clientโ€™s frequently, develop team standards & assist with support staff training. Project manager will also coordinate with the executive team & other departments.

Necessary Qualifications:
ย 
1.ย  ย  ย  Bachelor of Science Architectural, Civil or Structural Engineering
2.ย  ย  ย  Excellent Communication Skills
3.ย  ย  ย  Professional Engineer License (PE or SE) requiredย 
4.ย  ย  ย  Design experience with Wood/Steel/Concrete & Masonry preferred in high seismic zones.
5.ย  ย  ย  Autocad experience required
ย 
Additional Preferred Qualifications:

1.ย  ย  ย  Revit experience preferred
2.ย  ย  ย  RISA, Etabs, Enercalc, MS Office experience preferred
