Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, subsequently adapting therapeutic approaches to meet evolving client needs.
• Perform initial assessments to prioritize clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain clear and accurate therapeutic documentation of client evaluations, intervention strategies, and ongoing care plans in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Provide compassionate and competent care across a broad age spectrum, employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) aimed at enhancing mental and emotional wellbeing.
• Engage in case management with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to patient health and wellbeing.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards while documenting required information promptly and efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Peer Support Behavioral Clinic, you will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges. Qualifications

• A recognized state licensure as a PsyD, LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is required.
