Description Summary: The Co-Op will perform assigned duties and responsibilities in a department or division that they have an interest in pursuing as a career. They will perform daily tasks and work on special projects for their direct manager and team. Opportunities are typically offered in the following business segments: Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Audit, Risk, IT, Human Resources, and Marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate directly with hiring manager to set goals and monitor progress. Establish working relationships with a variety of functional areas across the company. Support organization and department initiatives as assigned by sponsoring manager.

Provide recommendations for improved department and company efficiency. Work both independently and as a part of a team with professionals at all levels. Basic Qualifications: High School diploma and 3.0 overall GPA 0-1 years experience Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) No Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement

Compensation Range: Total Base Pay Range 24.00 - 28.75 USD Hourly The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
