Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive Salary: Compensation range of $90,000 – $102,000, based on experience and clinical expertise.
• Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonus opportunities, paid quarterly — because strong clinical outcomes should be rewarded.
• Paid Time Off: 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, so you can recharge and maintain balance.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.
• Retention Bonus Program: Up to $40,000 in long-term retention incentives
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance, if you meet qualifications

 Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• State Licensure (if applicable)

• Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills
