Responsibilities / Tasks
A Hygiene Plant Internwill support the operations team by assisting with project management, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The intern will work closely with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and contribute to the achievement of business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects. This may include creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Data Analysis: Collect (time studies), analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on operational performance, including key metrics and insights.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support various operational initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $15-$20 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
