We spray the finish on your vehicle, coatings on your pills, the paint on your house and texture on your walls. Graco is part of your daily life.
The Graco Intern Program offers more than just work experience-it's a chance to make an impact. As an intern, you'll take on projects that matter to the business, contribute to initiatives that drive progress, and develop skills that prepare you for what's ahead.   • Assist in performing preventative maintenance and simple repairs of all company-owned machine tools, assembly equipment, and Graco-owned manufacturing assets.
  • Assist in performing simple testing and repair in the area of hydraulics, mechanical elements, electrical, and electronics.
  • Assist in troubleshoot issues to determine the course of action.
  • Assist in keeping accurate maintenance records.
  • Assist in meeting operational requirements and expectations for accuracy of work, while minimizing waste by caring for product, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Follow all required safety guidelines and utilize the proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
