We are seeking a Full-time, Part-Time, and/or PRN Physical Therapist (RPT) who is a proactive caregiver with a positive “team player” attitude; restoring motion; ensuring that the client/patient will function at their personal best, and meets the following requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist (PT) therapy program – New grads welcome!
  • Current state licensure
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and meet/exceed patients’ goals, needs, and expectations
  • Offer/Utilize cost-effective therapeutic interventions that help improve clients’ mobility and motion.
  • Provide alternatives to surgery for non-life threatening conditions and reduce the need for certain types of medications
  • Use a variety of treatment techniques and develop individualized care plans with clients'/caregiver's involvement
  • Create wellness-oriented and fitness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
  • Provide personalized, quality, and evidence-based care and proven interventions/treatment approaches
  • Ability to motivate patients/clients during treatment and simplify HEP in order to help them function at their highest capacity/ability
  • Promote improvements in clients' strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance to enable healthy lifestyles
  • Interdisciplinary approach via consultation and practice with other health professionals
  • Great communication; effective follow up/ progress and ability to evaluate effects
  • Document and retrieving data using EHR /EMR for optimal patient care services
