⚙️ What you'll be doing

In this role, you will:

  • Lead daily production activities across assigned manufacturing areas
  • Supervise CNC machining personnel while promoting safety and quality
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Resolve technical and production issues on the shop floor
  • Monitor departmental KPIs and visual performance metrics
  • Ensure production orders are accurately completed in Oracle ERP
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate production employees
  • Partner with Engineering on production improvements
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives
  • Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Build a culture of accountability, communication, and employee engagement

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years supervising manufacturing teams
  • 3+ years in a CNC machining or Swiss machining environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience leading production schedules and daily operations

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business
