Position Summary
Martech Medical Products is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Inspector to support our medical device manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for inspecting components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-process and final inspections of parts and finished products.
  • Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
  • Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Identify and report nonconforming materials.
  • Support production and engineering teams in resolving quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and company requirements.
Qualifications
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of QC inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Basic math and English communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP requirements.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Work Environment
  • Manufacturing and clean-room production environment.
  • Requires working with small, precision medical device components.
  • Use of microscopes, calipers, magnifiers, and other inspection equipment.
  • Must follow all safety, quality, and GMP requirements.
  • Fast-paced team environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity for handling small components.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Excellent close vision and attention to detail.
