What You'll Do
  • Setup and operate CNC machining equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation
  • Select tooling and perform offset adjustments
  • Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment
  • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
  • Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping activities
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
  • Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment
  • Strong blueprint reading skills
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment
  • Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
