- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university in Medical Technology or a closely related field is Required
- Master's degree of Business Administration or Health Administration is Preferred
- 5 years of clinical experience, including at least two (2) years with supervisory responsibilities, preferably in an acute care hospital setting is Required
- Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area applying for Required
