Role Overview:
The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, with a strong focus on Financial Service Cloud, Sales, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice (SCV). This role involves leading integration efforts, overseeing data architecture, optimizing system performance, and enforcing best practices for Salesforce development and governance. The architect will collaborate with various stakeholders, provide technical leadership and mentorship, and contribute to successful project delivery while ensuring data security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions involving Service Cloud and SCV that align with business objectives.
  • Lead integration efforts with other systems and platforms.
  • Oversee data modeling, migration, quality, governance, and backup strategies.
  • Conduct system performance analysis and optimization.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for Salesforce development and governance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior architects and developers, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to data governance standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and playbooks.
  • Guide developers in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks.

Required Skills:
  • Mandatory architect certifications.
  • Mandatory knowledge of Financial Service Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud, along with Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
  • Preferred implementation expertise in Sales and Service Cloud.
  • AWS working knowledge.
  • Experience in Salesforce org merge, integration, and data quality/migration design.
  • Experience in designing and developing software components with a strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
  • Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems and working with integration tools.
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML for CRM solutions.
  • Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
  • Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.
  • Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
  • Additional Salesforce.com experience including Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
  • Programming experience with J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, and Oracle.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with executive stakeholders and participating in workshops with IT and business teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or other related field.
  • 10+ years of experience.
