Monthly Stipend: $450 | Part-Time (2 Weekdays, 1 Weekend Day)

Position Overview

The Fulfillment & Client Experience Operations Intern (Showroom) is a hands-on, in-person role focused on supporting the daily operations of the showroom while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. This internship is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, extremely outgoing, and passionate about fashion and customer service.

This role combines order fulfillment, inventory management, showroom operations, and client experience. The intern will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes while creating memorable in-store experiences that support sales and strengthen the Stivali New York brand.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, is confident starting conversations with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.


Core ResponsibilitiesFulfillment & Inventory Operations

  • Conduct weekly physical inventory counts and support Shopify reconciliation.
  • Identify and report discrepancies between physical and digital inventory.
  • Maintain an organized stockroom by:
  • Labeling boxes correctly
  • Organizing inventory by style, size, and color
  • Applying color tags and identifiers
  • Protecting products and properly managing damaged boxes
  • Ensure inventory is stored, tracked, and maintained accurately at all times.
  • Prepare and pack showroom and e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Support shipping processes and ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Process returns by inspecting merchandise, restocking inventory, and updating Shopify records.

Showroom Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom and stockroom.
  • Continuously improve inventory organization and operational efficiency.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the showroom.

Client Experience & Sales Support

  • Welcome every client with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
  • Deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with product selection, sizing guidance, and styling recommendations.
  • Proactively engage with clients, build relationships, and identify opportunities to support sales.
