Job description

Bucherer USA is seeking a Summer 2026 Operations  Intern who will provide support to the members of the Operations team on a variety of projects over for the summer internship program period.

Schedule: Part Time, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

*Interns will be required to work in office fully on-site at our Long Island City corporate office

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE INVOLVED IN:

The Operations & Logistics intern will assist the Operations & Logistics Department in daily administrative tasks and activities while demonstrating excellent administration, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Provide project management support, including tracking timelines, organizing documents, general adminsitrative support and assisting with crossteam coordination

  • Review and update operational documents, guidelines, and standard operating procedures

  • Assist with maintaining and auditing inventory or asset records, identifying discrepancies and supporting corrective actions

  • Support the fulfillment and distribution of operational materials to stores

  • Review operational reports and partner with the team to recommend improvements

  • Participate in inventoryrelated processes as needed

  • Assist in compiling information from store audits, training sessions, and field feedback

  • Update and maintain operational reference materials

  • Gain exposure to product flow and distribution processes by supporting receiving and logistics tasks

  • Provide store opening and relocation planning support, including preparation, coordination, and followup tasks

  • Collaborate with the Retail Operations team to understand workflows and propose thoughtful process enhancements

  • Draft and organize internal communications related to operational updates or followups

  • Support teams across multiple office or store locations as needed

  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and operational initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, preferred course of study to include Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience working in an office environment
  • Ability to maintain utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously
  • Basic understanding of business operations
  • Team player with a positive, can do attitude
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Detail oriented with outstanding administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office; strong -Proficiency in excel and access a plus
  • Passion for solutions based problem solving

SALARY RANGE: $18/hour,
