PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: We are hiring a Business Development Intern on behalf of our parent company, which oversees the following brands: Classic Fun Center (Orem), Ritz Magic Wheels, Ritz Eats & Sweets, RollCall, The Alley, and Infly.co. For this position, we are looking for someone who is versatile and willing to do many types of work. They will participate in a variety of projects based on our needs, including acquisitions, research projects, managing of costs, and more. These projects will vary in scope and there will be plenty of opportunity to try new things!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work on various projects on an as-needed basis that help move the business forward
  • Build labor and costs reports
  • Evaluate costs of inventory items, as well as menu prices
  • Refine operations and the guest experience
  • Report on sales trends
