Job description
The Collier County Court Department is seeking motivated and civic-minded students to join our Court Department Internship Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to the judicial and administrative operations of county government, develop professional skills, and build a network within the legal and public service fields.
As a Court Department Intern, you'll play a hands-on role in understanding how our judicial system operates at the county level, while also exploring future career paths in government, law, and public administration.
Key Responsibilities- Observe court proceedings including hearings, trials, and arraignments
- Assist court staff with administrative tasks
- Review and analyze legal documents, motions, and filings
- Support departmental initiatives and special projects as assigned
