Intern Program Overview:
We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.
Job Purpose
The Financial Services Digital Transformation team is responsible for improving business processes through technology, automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. The team develops and supports enterprise applications, builds automation solutions, enhances reporting and analytics capabilities, and delivers innovative tools that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational effectiveness across the organization. These efforts include AI-powered solutions, cloud-based applications, workflow automation, and process modernization initiatives.
The intern will support the team by assisting with application development, automation projects, data analysis, testing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives. This role will provide hands-on exposure to modern software development, cloud technologies, and AI solutions while contributing to projects that deliver measurable business value. The intern will work closely with team members to design, build, and enhance solutions that support the organization's digital transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Process Automation solutions supporting Financial Services business operations.
  • Develop and enhance AI-powered applications using modern technologies such as Python, React, cloud services, APIs, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Support the creation of intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, and knowledge management solutions utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and generative AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in the development of workflow automation, digital process improvements, and system integrations using cloud-native enterprise platforms.
  • Contribute to software development activities including coding, testing, debugging, documentation, version control, and deployment processes.

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $22.66 - $30.90 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
