Job Summary:

The IT Intern supports the Information Technology team with day-to-day technical operations and user support. This role provides hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with system maintenance, and supporting internal technology initiatives. The IT Intern will gain exposure to network systems, cybersecurity practices, and enterprise applications while contributing to the efficient operation of the organizationโ€™s technology environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with gathering and organizing technical and project-related documentation.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of internal process documentation and system records.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing IT projects.
  • Assist the team during system migration initiatives, including data review and validation.
  • Aid in defining data analytics requirements and documenting reporting structures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in data and project materials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the IT department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and business applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a structured environment.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in data and process improvement.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications. Examples: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive).
