  • Assisting in the preparation of technology assessment reports to be used for internal (i.e., OTM and other Penn State stakeholders) evaluation of technologies (~25%)
  • Working with TLO's to develop technology marketing strategies and identifying contacts within target companies that could potentially license Penn State technologies (~25%)
  • Additional responsibilities (~10%) could include:
  • Performing market research to understand market size & competitive landscape
  • Assisting with prior art searches & patentability assessments
  • Other duties, as necessary and/or based upon an intern's specific interests

  • This position will require individuals who are dedicated, dependable, highly organized, and self-motivated with excellent time-management skills to respond to competing and changing priorities.

To be considered for this internship, you must submit a current resume and a cover letter explaining 1) why you want to join the OTT internship program and 2) how your background and experiences position you to meaningfully contribute to the OTT's mission.
