  • Must hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

  • Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care in accordance with resident care plans

  • Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs

  • Supervise and support nursing assistants

  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical policies
