We are looking for a high-energy Community Intern to join the inaugural team at Verve Fayetteville. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to launch a brand-new development serving the University of Arkansas. As part of our "Lease-Up" team, you’ll be responsible for building the hype, creating the culture, and filling our doors for the very first time. If you want to see how a real estate development comes to life, this is your front-row seat!
YOUR MISSION: THE LEASE-UPIn a new development, every lead is a chance to define who we are. You’ll be the first point of contact for future residents, helping them envision their life at Verve after the first brick is even laid.
Sell the Vision: Master the art of "Pre-Leasing." You’ll lead tours of our leasing gallery and model units, using your energy to help students and parents visualize the finished luxury experience.
Build the Hype: Launching a new building requires massive visibility. You’ll lead aggressive on-campus marketing, "guerrilla" marketing tactics, and social media blitzes to make Verve the most anticipated opening in Fayetteville.
Foundation Builder: You aren't just following a culture; you’re creating it. You’ll help plan the very first resident events and "VIP" experiences for our founding leasers.
The Sales Specialist: Navigate the "Cardinal Way of Leasing" to hit aggressive weekly goals. You’ll handle high-volume inquiries and guide future residents through the brand-new application and screening process.
Expert Guide: Be the expert on Fayetteville’s newest amenities. From the rooftop views to the tech-heavy study spaces, you’ll know every square inch of the blueprints
