"We are looking for a Senior / Lead Vibe Coding Engineer to drive AI assisted, high velocity software development across critical products and platforms. This role combines deep engineering expertise, architectural judgment, and people leadership, with a strong focus on prompt driven development and AI enabled productivity.
As a Lead Vibe Coding Engineer, you will set standards for how teams collaborate with AI to build reliable, scalable, and user centric systems-while mentoring engineers and influencing product direction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Ownership
• Serve as a technical lead for major features, platforms, or programs
• Own solution architecture and technical decision making end to end
• Balance speed, quality, security, and scalability in AI assisted delivery
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to product, design, and leadership teams
2. AI Assisted & Prompt Driven Engineering
• Define best practices for AI augmented development (Vibe Coding) across teams
