Working Location: Midtown NYC
Working Style: Hybrid - 2 days in Office
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $60-70K (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM
Language: English & Japanese
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and validate Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and General Ledger (G/L) transactions before processing in SAP.
  • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
  • Process accounting transactions using SAP and related accounting systems.
  • Maintain accounting documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Accounting preferred). 2-3 years of general accounting experience. Experience with:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • General Ledger
  • Payroll entries
  • Bank reconciliations
Experience using SAP or ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Business-level English communication. Business-level Japanese communication.
