We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fastpaced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Job Overview:
Gamble Sands is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer season. This position offers hands-on experience in marketing within the hospitality and golf industry, providing an opportunity to develop skills in event coordination, media relations, social media content creation, and guest engagement.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 24 - 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events.
  • Support media hosting activities, including coordinating visits and assisting with content creation.
  • Develop and manage social media content to enhance engagement and brand visibility
  • Contribute to general marketing initiatives, including promotions, advertising, and partnerships.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing trends and gathering data to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage with guests to ensure a high level of satisfaction and gather feedback for marketing insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement creative strategies that align with the brand.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for marketing, hospitality, and guest relations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in marketing, events, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
