Job DescriptionRole

Fannie Maeโ€™s Technology Program Intern is a 10-week, paid internship (June 7, 2027 - August 13, 2027) where interns contribute to software engineering, DevOps, data engineering, or technology infrastructure teams. Interns work on real projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and are exposed to emerging technologies including AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to design, development, testing, and implementation of software and technology solutions.
  • Support production applications: troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrades.
  • Implement and maintain automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code where applicable.
  • Build data pipelines, manage data platforms, monitor production logs, and triage issues.

  • Write and maintain tests, create architecture diagrams, and support service desks and documentation.
