Qualifications
You Have:
  • Experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on Radio Frequency (RF) signal processing
  • Experience developing software using C++ or Java
  • Experience designing and implementing digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms
  • Experience with Fourier transforms, filtering, communications theory, digital modulation, and error control coding
  • Experience using signal analysis tools such as Wavelet Visualization Tool (WVT) or Digital Visualization Tool (DVT)
  • Experience developing software in a Linux operating system environment
  • Experience developing, testing, debugging, and integrating software applications
  • Experience analyzing software requirements and collaborating with systems engineers to develop software solutions
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Radio Frequency (RF) signal processing

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Software Defined Radio (SDR) architectures such as SCA, REDHAWK, or GNU Radio
  • Experience with commercial wireless standards and geolocation techniques
  • Experience with software configuration management tools such as Git, ClearQuest, Trac, or Subversion
  • Experience developing software using Python
  • Experience using Eclipse IDE
  • Experience with Google Protocol Buffers
  • Experience with model-based design tools such as MATLAB and Simulink
  • Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  • Experience leading software development teams
  • Experience developing software frameworks for efficient signal or data processing
  • Experience designing signal processing software from limited or incomplete documentation
  • Experience improving software development processes and technical documentation

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84.14 to $96.16 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch's total compensation package for employees.
