Job description

The Corporate Trust team is a nationally recognized and ranked provider of bond trustee and agency services to the corporate and municipal marketplaces. Our trust services reach beyond traditional offerings to servicing aviation, reinsurance, and funeral trusts, while our agency business provides solutions for escrow and other transactional needs. Our team provides bond trustee and agency services to municipal and corporate issuers of taxable or tax-exempt debt. We also provide escrow-related and custodial services to corporations, not-for-profits, partnerships, and other business entities and individuals.

As the Corporate Trust Intern, you will work within the Corp Trust and Escrow group, helping with municipal bond administration and trustee services. As a Corporate Trust Intern, you will have a healthy mix of team-oriented and autonomous work.

How you will spend your time:

  • You will gain exposure to different teams and business partners in the Corp Trust and Escrow industry
  • You will help new accounts be onboarded
  • You will assist in keeping accounts current and in good standing
  • You will assist with client outreach and take action steps for ticklers and aged receivables
  • You will complete audit confirmations for clients
  • You will be apart of ongoing training for professional development within Corporate Trust
